Balneario La Punta, Callao
Categories: Beach & Pool Clubs, Outdoor Activities
At Balneario La Punta, relax on the beach surrounded by sunbathing locals. Jutting out from Lima into the Pacific Ocean, the small peninsula plays home to some of the city's elite. Although the beach doesn't offer great swimming, on nice days it usually attracts a healthy crowd, who come to work on their tan or simply socialize in pleasant surroundings. Walk under the shade of palm trees through the park, where you can log on to free Wi-Fi, or stop at one of the many shorefront cafes for a quiet drink.
