  • Rarely you get something for free – not here. An employee leads one of the already designed grounds and demonstrates how to process the wool of animals from the animal itself through to the finished product. This is impressive and informative. One has the feeling, then having to buy something at any point. On the contrary, everything is very relaxed, relaxed and friendly. There are always excellent discounts, so that I could buy a sweater out of baby alpaca wool for €50. A real tip!

  • Mundo Alpaca is the perfect place to learn more about alpacas, quite unknown but so endearing animals... The location is superb, there is an enclosure where you can get close to the animals and pet them, then there is a tower that explains the process that led to the manufacture of clothing in Alpaca fiber. The tour is free is the guides are very attentive. The clothes are quality, a bit expensive but worth it compared to other synthetic fibers sold all over the world at high prices.

  • As a young student, Peru is a cheap if it travels humbly. In this shop there is very nice but very expensive clothes. The Fund have a space with a few camelids, although they are beautiful, one can not touch them.

  • Nice place to learn about the famous Ilama and Alpaca. There you can see live animals, the raw wool materials and live weaving by a local lady Peruvian weaver.
  • A big store with alpaca and vicuña wool articles. But the nice thing here is that there us a small museum type exhibition of where the wool comes from and how it is processed to the consumer articles. Worth a half hour visit for sure.
  • Petting zoo, education and a (pricey) gift shop. Worth seeing and learning about the Llama, Alpaca and Vicuna
  • Great short activity near town if you wanted to see a range of different Alpaca and Lama. They have some sign boards showing the manufacture to the final product. Oh and it's free to have a look around!
  • Great place to get an alpaca selfie! Also excellent museum and shop.
