  • I was impressed with the Museum, Church. Has many rooms with a lot of things from clothing, Inca, a cemetery at the bottom. Well worth visiting.

  • Recoleta is not exactly full of customers. You have with others this wonderful and beautiful place almost for yourself, and for a family, there is a lot to experience. Both residues from the Inca time in the form of clothes, vases, jewelry and paintings. But, above all, the exhibition of stuffed animals and insects were estimates for the kids and they were both totally wild with the Museum's library, which contains only very old antiquarian maps and books, some dating back to the 1500 's. It was very fascinating. Beautiful courtyards and vegetation at the same time.

  • Not very far from the Centre, in fact you can walk, although not at the level of the monastery Santa Catalina, is worth a visit for its Museum with various artifacts from the Inca Mummies to various flora and fauna of the Amazon. Not to mention the beautiful library with important manuscripts, with an interesting chronology of human history. I spent a couple of hours discovering curiosity, without getting bored,

  • We went walking to this monastery from the Center and it was a short walk out much more than we can imagine. We had to wait because they close at noon hours, so we were the first to enter when they opened again in the afternoon. Indicate you the agenda of the visit a little and you walk around free for patios and rooms that make up the Museum, which is quite diverse: from animals and objects of tribes of the Amazon, treasures pre-Inca, passing through the rooms with toys in different state of deterioration. For my best, patios, (spectacular) library and the cells that recreate the life of the prior and a monk.
