  • We went for the fruit. There were lots of them and arranged in a very original way. The variety of colors was that this Hall was especially nice. There are other things, like hats, meats, cheeses, many positions of juices, etc.

  • San Camilo, like most markets offers the visitor the option see and enjoy everything a little, especially fruits and local spices. Market was formerly especially recognized for work in iron made in the roof structure, work, Eiffel was commissioned from the House. Unfortunately the subsequent renovations have made that the market is lacklustre.

  • Good place to buy local foods and learn more the Peruvian way of life (recommend the queso helado on the second floor)
Google
  • Very clean local market. Here is where the local shop for raw ingredients and cooked food. Plenty stalls and worth stopping for fresh fruit juice in one of the stalls. Very friendly people and very good affordable price. Definitely one of my favourite places in Arequipa.
  • Very clean and non smelly market, well organized. It's fun to browse between all the meat, fruit, herbs and vegetables. Not to miss a freshly squeezed fruit juice for 6-12 sol (we did not get just one giant glass but also almost two refills)
  • Frankly. This place is your best choice if you want some food and natural drinks and many dishes but only in the morning. You can find all kinda stuffs to really lower price.
  • Nice place with a great selection of fruits and vegetables. The meat section is a little smelly though.
  • Compre un jugo y lo prepararon muy bien y barato, lo que no me gustó mucho fue el pan con chicharrón, pero igual el local estaba limpio y ordenado.
