  • I went for the recommendation and reach by bus and then taxi low price from Center (get off at metro north cone) is not very crowded which is good. It must be a little walking and group, take advantage to take turns for the photos.

  • Very interesting place to learn how the ashlar work and as removed, with a super demonstration on the part of the carrier. A very beautiful landscape accompanied by its volcanoes.

  • We decided to make the route of sillar, but unfortunately we didn't know that it had almost disappeared by effects of nature as a huayco invaded the place. Despite this problem people still working at the higher altitudes of the quarries and I imagine will be good time to recovery path. We went in truck and could access to several places of quarry, but not is recommended at this time go because is very difficult and somewhat dangerous.

Geographically, it corresponds to the typical landscape of Plains eluvial aluvialy of Andean foothills modeled for the time in various stages. Eluvial and volcanic-derived materials dominate the entire area, born from the confluence of three streams 50 m ne of the bridge of the same name, path to Yura, one of them serves as a limit to the land of the Rodriguez Ballon airport. These creeks are born East of the volcanic complex of the Chachani side slopes.
