  • We did the tour the day before visiting Machu Picchu, to begin to warm, and it is a good choice if you spend more than one day in Aguascalientes. From the village there are around 1 hour (depends on which rhythm go) and once you get to the gardens have to register, pay (10 soles if you are a foreigner, 5 If you are Peruvian) and continue half one hour up to the falls. The route begins first following the path of the bus and as continuously there are traffic, there is enough dust. Then it continues to follow the train tracks, and the mountain views are spectacular! In the garden you can see different types of plants and flowers, as well as cabins and lookouts (one of them is the Huayna Picchu).
