San Jose Beach, Encarnacion

(4.4/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web)
Soak up the sun overlooking the Paraná River at San Jose Beach, a charming golden sand beach with an upbeat atmosphere that comes alive when the sun sets. From the comfort of a lounge chair, gaze over the clear water towards a unique urban skyline.

A wide esplanade runs along the sand, great for walking, cycling, and rollerblading. Play volleyball on one of the several courts while music plays from the beach bars. At night people come here to party at the bars and restaurants. Plan to visit San Jose Beach during your Encarnacion vacation using our convenient Encarnacion vacation planner.

  • If yours is Beach, water, sand and Sun, this is your place. San Jose beach is the formation of an artificial lake in the Paraná River due to the dam of Yasyretá. Extremely quiet despite the amount of people who visit it. You can find everything in it, no need to bring anything. Only for reasons of greater economy.

  • Good atmosphere, a very good quality sand, stalls for eating and drinking... and in the form of concert music relatively often in the summer A do

  • I was impressed with the local infrastructure. Many new and clean bathrooms by small fee for use. Boardwalk and showers for bathers. Small driveways entering the strip of sand. Is envy a lot of Brazilian beaches. Lacked only salt water.
