Join the thousands of Brazilians and Argentines who flock across the border every day to grab a bargain at Ciudad Del Este. Known for its inexpensive consumer goods (especially electronics), the bustling market offers a chaotic but often entertaining shopping experience. Keep in mind, however, that the market has a well-deserved reputation as a hotbed for contraband, and you might suddenly find yourself being pushed to buy anything from drugs to guns. Watch out for pickpockets in the surrounding area. Arrange your visit to Ciudad Del Este and discover more family-friendly attractions in Ciudad Del Este using our Ciudad Del Este journey planner.

  • Ciudad del Este the place for shopping is an experience from which Puerto Iguazú salis until you reach the city across a bridge that most of the time what have to do step away from man. Once there is a whole disorder cars and motorcycles that you pass on all sides and people that you want to sell from panties to a stun gun lol. If you buy electronics I recommend only doing so in CellShop, Niser, attacked game and not many more. To my center cell I cheated with the purchase of a camera asked them one Golpro coming out 340 dollars and embedded a Goalpro coming to me 100 dollars. Please note that they are very skilled and they know apabullar people. I realized when I went back to my house to 1600 km to me had cheated, 6 months back and claim them with ticket in hand and told me that they could charge what came to them in desire are swindlers. More down here is an affiliate so do not fall into the trap and eye because this offender has 7 business more in Ciudad del Este. Recommendation to only buy in Cell Shop which have excellent prices and are friendly and responsible since they prove them the teams ahead of you.

  • It's not like that wrong before Paraguay structured ... There is still a lot of poverty (evident in almost all the lights of the city). Prices on average 30% lower than in Brazil. Tip: Brazilian restaurants (don't know why!) charge exorbitant prices there haha ill of Brazil I think. Arab restaurants are the best I've visited by her, and baratissimos

  • The city is very busy any day, you have several options of food, and is quite safe, shopping is good find the outlet of the own shops, you can buy the same items with a promotional price and sometimes even half the price. It's good to focus on the large malls to meet, the interesting thing is that is too large the city even going several times I still can't know it all, so it's nice to walk enough to know the best options.
