  • We went to the casino Majestic at dawn on the 10 oct 2016, well it was already 11 oct but wasn't asleep, to my continued being 10 oct haha the Casino is small, it has 2 or 3 floors I think, but here the service did not seem worth mentioning. In Hotel Hard Rock mega-cities they gave us some coupons for free play and a welcome drink the person in charge of change at the casino coupons was having dinner and there was no one covering his post. We had to wait 15 to 20 min. The bartender who was on duty that morning was very apathetic and rough, you could see that we were a nuisance to the and only wanted to serve us so we were, despite the fact that the casino was practically empty. We call one of the dealers that help us use one machine but told us that not because I was going. It is understandable, but at the same time seems strange to me that it has refused so openly because it is assumed that there are protocols to follow. People don't smile or interested in helping, shown when you ask them questions that are unaware they give you short-answer and they turn, they do not make the minimum effort to help. I asked more than 5 people what was the key to ITS wifi and NOBODY knew it, and when asked if at least know who might know it, no ONE knew! sent me from one place to another, even that I came to the Poker Room and the girl that I attended gave me a wrong key and I ignored when I say it doesn't work or even made the effort to help me! terrible Uff, that ineptitude! The only ones that if they were extremely kind were the two security guys who were there: Gabriel who was very friendly with me and Mr moreno of about 40 that I don't remember its name but we talked enough and tried to help us. I hope that two do they get my comments please and send you my greetings from Rep.Dom.
