  • It is a route that joins Punta Paitilla with the historical district of Panama, skirting across the Bay. You can practice different sports such as: basketball, football, aerobics, jogging, bicycle, walk, among others. An obligatory stop in flavors of el Chorrillo, they are different premises attended by its owners, who are inhabitants of el Chorrillo, which were prepared by significant chef of the national culinary sector. They offer the typical dishes Panamanian, as fish fried with fried plantains, lobster and seafood variety.

  • The tape is a good place for recreation, from exercise (walking, running, skating, basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, etc) to eat a good ceviche freshly made in the area of the seafood market! The Panamanian favourite place to stroll on Sunday

  • Very pleasant walk. I recommend testing ice cream skimming super rich who sell on the promenade. At the end of the walk you reach the seafood market where you can eat fresh fish. 100% recommended.
