Outdoor Activity
Get your bearings and escape the bustle of Panama on top of Ancon Hill. Once used by the U.S. government to survey the Panama Canal, and given back to Panama in 1977, the hill now boasts a lush, protected jungle, home to a diverse range of wildlife and offering spectacular panoramas. Consider packing a picnic and hiking the short way to the top; from there you can survey the city and get a lay of the land. Keep your eyes peeled for sloths and armadillos as you walk. With our custom trip planner, Panama City attractions like Ancon Hill can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.
