  • Very bad experience. Is super big and not signposted. To find something you have to walk hours and when you find it is more expensive than anywhere else. I do not return

  • Albrook was the first mall I visited in Panama City! It is enormous, lots of stores and a nice, although tight food court. Local stores are the majority with some international brands like Bath and Bo...  more »

  • Great place to shop. Huge variety of stores, from High end to the most popular. 3 food courts were you can choose from Chinese, to gourmet, to local, to international.
  • Albrook Mall is an unimaginable place. I loved it. But, be aware, the place is packed with people. So, if you're planning to eat there, then come early in the morning, therefore, not many people will be there. But, there still will be some people. Although this is a slight issue, the stores aren't really that packed. They are great! I'm probably going there again anyway!
  • Very complete mall with movie theatres, supermarkets, lots of shops, food courts, a hotel and the national bus terminal is there so you can easily go anywhere. Public transportation is a plus, you can arrive by subway or bus.
  • Everything you need under this big roof! From cheap trinkets and clothes, to designer goods, furniture and electronics, this place is buzzing all the time. Conveniently located at the Albrook bus and close to Albrook airport, the Metro train ends here and taxis as well as Uber are easy to catch.
  • A little difficult to park when it is black friday or people is buying mother's day gifts or Christmas gifts but it is very complete and it is almost surely that you will find what you came for. Prepare to be with lots of people inside the mall

Where to stay in Panama City

To enjoy a balance between old-fashioned architecture and new-edge culture, the southern coastal neighborhood of Casco Viejo (Old Quarter) remains the best place to stay in Panama City. You can choose from a range of stylish boutique hotels and comfortable guesthouses lining the narrow streets of this neighborhood, home to many cafes and bars. For a selection of mid-range and higher-end hotels, many with swimming pools, look to the north-central neighborhood of El Cangrejo. You can also find budget accommodations in the beachfront suburb of Calidonia.
