Playa Bluff, Isla Colon
(4.1/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
Take advantage of the secluded Playa Bluff to have an excellent surf beach mostly to yourself. Bring your gear along if you are into surfing and jump out to take advantage of the impressive waves. Only advanced swimmers should brave the strong tides, although most visitors can wade into the shallows without worry. Take a walk along the long, wide, sandy beach and observe the picturesque landscape, or continue your trek to a nearby restaurant for fresh seafood dishes. • To best beach on the island is Bluff, a beach endless, to walk it all,... Although is almost impossible, since is very long. From September and October is perfect for bathing is. On other dates, starting from November to March, it has many waves and currents or very dangerous undertows. There have been several cases of drowning. So you must be careful. But even with that, it is my favorite beach.

  • Did a quick stop here before venturing to Playa del Drago. Ice cold soda and an old school telephone booth fit for Clark Kent.
  • Located directly on the beach, beautiful surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff, good food... what you want more!
