  • We took a colectivo to get to the trail that starts of with a hanging bridge. The trail was quite tough and I was grateful for my hiking shoes. But it was so much fun. The beautiful surroundings, the....  more »
  • We hired a guide to do this trail although you could easily do it on your own. Entrance was $8 which we paid at the beginning of the trail. The trail isn’t marked but is pretty easy to follow as the.....  more »

  • I went on rainy season. If you like a little bit of difficult you can do it at this season too. It'll be better in summer if you want to see clear water
  • Amazing place. The waterfalls are a bit distant from Boquete but you can reach with a Coletivo. The arrival at the property is already quite a steep hike. The trail for the waterfalls is challenging, so be prepared with boots and some water. Really recommend!!!
  • This was such a amazing hike!! It takes you through the most beautiful jungle landscape
  • Be ready to get muddy and wet. You will need a lot of energy to get to the the 3 waterfalls. These trails make a great workout 😀
  • This is the most challenging hike I have been on. The first 15 minutes from the car to the point where you pay $7 per person is basically straight uphill. The weather was perfect while we were there, in February, and the trail is well maintained. There are three waterfalls. All three were beautiful. Between the second and third waterfall the trail is steep and at one point, there is rope tied down to use to pull yourself up the path and basically rappell back down. We made it to the third waterfall in one hour 40 minutes. Coming back down there were slippery sections of rock and mud, so the goingwas slow — and for two sections, I basically sat down and navigated the way by holding on to rocks and small tree trunks. It gave me a nice sense of accomplishment to finish the hike. The hike down took one hour 15 minutes. It was fun, and I am glad I did it.
