Learn about the Christian story of the Biblical tax collector by visiting Zaccheus' Tree. Zacchaeus was a biblical personality who climbed a sycamore fig tree to be able to see Jesus Christ when he visited Jericho because he was a short man. It's not certain whether or not this is this is the tree from the story, but it is nonetheless old, imposing, and striking. Stand in its shade to get away from the heat and take a turn around the garden full of flowers and plants that surrounds the tree.
