Sanctuary Bethlehem, Bethlehem
(4.8/5 based on 60+ reviews on the web)
Visit Sanctuary Bethlehem to experience Biblical history. Walk the complex where Jesus Christ's birth took place, in an area that's now indoors. The Byzantine-era architecture mixes across centuries with different kings and queens. Mosaics covering the walls show three images: life of Jesus Christ, local synods and councils, and angels hovering above them all. See the series of historical artifacts of bronze and silver within the church that date back to medieval times. Because the area is a popular stop for tourists, keep your eyes on your possessions. • us still waiting for not a long trip to the Palestinian territory. in Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. I was expecting a complex system crossing the border, and on the fact my passport didn't show. The bus entered the girl-Inspector, looked strained and travel between political territories has not taken away from us and one minute. Although the security wall is impressive. It above even the Berlin wall. Jews would not be Jews if we did not have a stop at the shop where souvenirs, candles, knickknacks, products we sold our monasteries are three to four times more expensive than it is possible to buy on the road. The argument here is not fake! Works at 100%. Shrine over the place where Jesus was born, unfortunately, everything inside the forests. Comes the restoration. And there is no way to vpolnote to evaluate its beauty and grandeur. But kiss the stone, where not so long ago still stood historical Manger, you can. But, unfortunately, in great haste, as very much and you constantly adjust. So, get armed with imagination and faith, and then visiting these places will bring you great pleasure and excitement.

  • Where Christ was born is worth to admire the beauty of the Church but also to see where was the fact of birth.

  • Beautiful place, unforgettable visit to this holy place where Jesus was born, also by the iconogafia, in particular the image of the smiling Virgin Mary with the child Jesus in his arms... beautiful.
