Kayangel Island, Koror

4.5
#4 of 9 in Nature in Palau
Slow things down on Kayangel Island, the remote, northernmost state in Palau. With a population under 150, the island remains remarkably untouched; lush vegetation, sandy beaches, and an uncomplicated lifestyle combine to create a paradisiacal atmosphere. Only one shop operates here, along with a single school. Various tour groups run trips to the island; many allow snorkeling in its waters or include fishing trips where you can eat what you catch. Pay attention to weather warnings before going: the island is unprotected from extreme conditions. • Palau assault kayangel atoll suddenly tell it first! And it pretty much was. It in many ways. I don't think only on tour. Flights in one day would be getting regular flights? Well, aside from it. Tour guide was pretty good in it. It is without further ADO to rabbit in the corner. Ship to fly the fly. It, shake, shake. Should not seasick was I haven't even once. But now times are... I'm done. Even I! Even though I'm surging ship I stop! . ~, Palau-fishing will-be! Would say guides will never-staring at the sea on a ship stopped, thread focus! Marine Corps! So much I sure... But I can catch fish in tropical catch. Captain and guide child-like glee. We got the figure like a child. Fun-Kayan-also landed on the island of rice soup. The Bento box. I caught a fish. Baked in. The local bad guy. Well it looks burnt on it. You'd like to! ... That? What? This fish not hard? It does not pass the chopsticks? What! You-not! You-not! It's you! You burned it! URO CHOW! Off!!! Does not pass the chopsticks!?! Heck, outside the black, is in the rare you top chef ー! 食enn... But... All smiling,-fun-Kayan-I wrote the things happening until now. The sea in Palau. I like this beautiful seem like Booger! Kayan turquoise-blue sea is in all our happy life. I'm sure. Or was I sea... What's new

  • Very nice place for a one day trip. Bit expensive but worth the money (we went with IMPAC tours for 170$ pp). The atoll is so nice and here you get the beaches you miss in Koror.  more »
