Jilani Park, Lahore

4.5
#1 of 9 in Parks in Lahore
Admire an artificial waterfall at Jilani Park, and engage in the many activities on offer. The landscaping of the park mostly resembles Japanese gardens, with numerous plants and trees adding to the atmosphere. Relax by the lake and the artificial waterfall while the kids go wild at the play area, which has swings, slides, and cradles. You can run along the jogging track or work out at the fitness center, then head to the study hall and relax with a book. The park has two separate fitness centers--one for women and one for men--as well as a mosque and cricket grounds. • Excellent natural beauty in middle of city. Lush green grounds. Two and half kilometers long jogging track. Water lake where you can do boating. A great place to spend quality family time outdoor.
  • Executive and moderate place for all kind of people. Atmosphere very clean and pleasant. Cheap rates at canteen. Atmosphere was very friendly but 4 star bcoz some dirty boys sitting in park and damaging the atmosphere of park. But overall very interesting and fun movement with my family.
  • Its a great park with the attraction of waterfall and lake and I absolutely love the beautiful rose plantation- but I do wish there was more greenery in there and the jogging track to be lined by more trees. That would give the park a more rustic feel like the lawrence garden.
  • A very nice, famous park. It is pretty and large and has a lot of very nice things to see. It is the great accessible park near to lots of other useful places.
  • Very very peaceful and we'll maintained park with jogging and gym facilities..

Where to stay in Lahore

Visitors are met with a great deal of choice when deciding where to stay in Lahore, and not just because of the range of accommodations available. In this regularly congested city, travel can be a real pain, so the advantages and disadvantages of each district need to be weighed against each other. Each area has a mix of standard and luxury hotels, as well as guesthouses with private and shared rooms. The old town in the north has a wealth of architectural highlights to see, but little to do after dark. Further to the south, the Mall Road area has some chain hotels, restaurants, and places to go in the evening, while the areas of Defence and Gulberg have become synonymous with hotels and nightlife options.
