  • Great and historical building. It shows the strength of Muslims Emperor
  • Historical place built by Mughal Emperor Aurangzaib Alamagir. You can also pay tribute to Allama Iqbal whose shrine is just toward right side of its gate.
  • Absolutely fascinating and visually gripping place full of history and architectural brilliance. A national heritage site, open to all, all year round. Could be made even more appealing with a bit more maintenance and quality repairing work.
  • Visited Badshahi Masjid for the very first time in my life in March 2014 on a Friday. Friday Prayers were quite an experience with the massive congregation and spring season. Must try the street food vendors outside the main Masjid complex.
  • The class, the view, the place and the symbol of Pakistan, this 17th century mosque raised on the orders of Mughal emperor Orangzaib is the cultural crown of Lahore and Pakistan.
