The Centaurus Mall, Islamabad

(4.1/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
A large mall bustling with visitors, The Centaurus Mall offers extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Upon its completion in 2011 as part of a high-rise complex, the shopping center brought dozens of foreign brands to the city. In addition to diverse international retail, the mall boasts local brands, a food court, a movie theater (with movies in English, Hindi, and Urdu), and an arcade and indoor amusement park for children and families. Note that weekends can be very crowded, and that some visitors may have to pay a small entry fee. • positives and negatives to this place. firstly, at least it is a functioning Mall, the first of its kind and comparatively lavish and well presented yet if you compare to the Malls of Dubai or even Dolmen Mall of Karachi you get the sense that those are far better managed and presented. the cinema is one of the major features and is terribly flawed with awful sound bleeding from one cinema to the other. The projection is often very dark and the 3D is dull and disappointing YET its the only cinema in town, so it will have to do. The mall is represented by the usual chains and fast food outlets, none of them particularly impressive. there stores and food outlets that are not part of massive chains or franchises..........those are hard to find and those also tend to be the most interesting. yet there is Khaadi and a few other decent outlets under one roof, so it is convenient and of course clean and air conditioned and dust and pollution and noise free.
  • Acha hai bohat acha hai time acha guzerta hai.
  • Definitely a landmark shopping mall with best foods available. The only problem i see is if they won't maintain it properly it will end up like any other mall in Islamabad. For example if you visit washrooms you will find no hand wash liquid and washroom locks are replaced with old fashioned locks.
  • The most beautiful luxury landmark ever in Pakistan, located in Islamabad. It is recently built and has changed the image of capital. They have pretty big parking for cars and bikes. The security is great and so many shopping malls and restaurants for individuals and families. The prices are quite high and it is worth it. They building is designed for years to come and do not run out of luxury. It has access for wheel chair and beautiful stylish. You can get coffee and walk around to find what you looking for.
  • Most awesome mall so far in Pakistan. Wide range of local nd international brands. High quality 3D cinema. Very hygenic food court. Parking is sometimes an issue.
