These 14 days definitely are the best experience I've ever done in my life. I recommend anyone, the good knee has to take this walk - Please schedule enough time to get you used to the climate, altitude sickness can affect anyone and is not pleasant. Prior to the hike, I had four days to get used to the altitude and I also needed the time. Until the hike went off, I used a well and could get started right away. Day 1-3 is a good preparation for the future. It goes up, straight ahead and down. Day 4-5 is for most people the heaviest day, what I can quite understand, for me personally but not confirmed. As long as you make small steps and based on the tempo and break the Porter, it is definitely doable. I did the tour with vertical Explorer treks & tours and recommend anyone to decide for this company. The food was fantastic, the service is incredibly well and the team has set a cohesion on the day from which you can cut off definitely multiple discs! always provide our well-being and the food was awesome! The trail was very debilitating by overcoming the altitude, but also through the ups and downs.show original
