  • Drove bus for thirty-five minutes and were delighted by this visit. No guide to the shrine, don't explain, and the place where the tomb was, it was dirty and the smell... Also, I would add that there is no toilet on-site, you have to walk five minutes to get there and I wonder if you can call it the toilet. But for landscapes that we have seen, worth the effort. Camels in the street, it was funny to see.

  • Peaceful place for prayer. The big foot imprint of the Nabi , is blessed sight for the visitors. The prayer place and the restrooms are maintained in a clean way even during the rainy seasons.
  • Beautiful mountains.. Nabi Ayoub is the prophet Job who came from Damascas and died in Salalah. This is one of his claimed tombs.
  • Drive is great as it is only half an hour from the city. But nothing much to do once you reach there. Maintained well though.
  • Prophet Ayub’s tomb is located in Beit Zarbij, 27 kilometers from salalah in the mountains. Beside it is an ancient praying place and footprints embedded in stone. Nearby is a spring called Sharsate that, according to legend gushed out after the Prophet Ayub prayed to God. Prophet Ayub’s tomb is 4 metres long and 1.5 metres high. The Prophet was cited 4 times in the Holy Qur'an and in the first chapter of the Holy Scriptures Of Ayub in the Old Testament. It is said that his native country was the land of Aouss which, according to the tenth chapter of Genesis, the first book of the Old Testament, was located towards Safar (Dhofar) the Tomb area has a big parking space, a mosque, rest rooms & wheel chair accessible parking also
  • It's a long drive up here, but there is a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the tomb itself is a little underwhelming. You will need to remove your shoes and ladies should be appropriately covered.
