  • This should not be missed if you are in Muscat. Beautiful buildings on a square and you will see the forts on the mountains. It seems to be a palace but it was not accessible when we were here in February.

  • just back in the UK after a couple of weeks in Muscat. The highlight of the stay for me was a visit to the Sultans Museum. The quality of the exhibits is superb, The Military guide Yousef was knowledgeable and patient. The outside exhibits were a complete surprise in their quality and quantity. I would like to add I am an ex REME armourer and not easily impressed.
