The museum gives you an overview and history of Norway's pop music culture. The interactive exhibits and overall feel make it a worthwhile visit... if you speak Norwegian. The information is mostly in Norwegian and the very limited information booklet in English is not that useful. I visited on an open day when the entrance was free, but I don't think I would ever visit it again.

Great experiences. Arranged to comfort seeing and guides are all very comfort. The inside is greater than look outside.

An unique building, a museum, an exciting experience for all ages, that's dedicated to more than local popular music - like rare instruments, multimedia and several opportunities to play a part in the exhibition yourself!

Where to stay in Trondheim

One of Norway’s major cities, Trondheim offers a wide range of accommodations. As with any Norwegian city, it’s easy to find the high-end hotels with big price tags in the city’s historical center. With a student population of roughly 25,000, the town also caters to more budget-conscious travelers with a fair number of options. Look for reasonably priced hostels near the university. If you’re not opposed to roughing it the way Norwegians love to, check out one of the many campsites in the city’s outskirts. You'll still have access to the city thanks to the local buses that run regularly.
