  • Define tour seems frankly outrageous. It is more interesting to go into the store (which is the place from where the visit) and browse through the many different beers. The ticket costs about 19 euros. Here's the tour: 20 minute movie on the history of the family and of the brewery; visit to Hall 1 with first taste of beer and explain what does Mack today (and who uses their products to bottle plastic); visit to 2 room with large containers where the beer ferments. All accompanied by the explanation of a nice local girl. I'm not saying that it is not interesting. I say that it is not correct to call it "the brewery". And, in addition, the extra $20 euros in beers directly!

  • Pretty disappointing really. This is no longer the Mact brewery. The main brewery has been moved 70 km away from Tromso. A very small area of the old brewery has been turned into a micro brewery for t...  more »

  • The brewery in the city is the former site of production for all Mack beers. The production has moved away, but they still produce microbrews here. It was quick tour, before a generous tasting at the beer hall next door.
  • Cool brewery with a little bit of everything
  • The largest beer brewery in Tromsø.
