  • Good organization, the track at night remains quite hard but is nonetheless a very good experience because of the presence of northern lights at the end of the raid. The track was not practical due to irregularities of land resulting falls of the sleds before us

  • We went on a dog sledding tour with Active Tromsø. The service was great, we were picked up with their shuttle on time at the meeting place. All staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The dogs was well trained and in great condition. The dog sledding trip itself was an amazing experience! Warm clothes are given for the trip but a warm under layer and good woollen socks is advised. Dog sledding is an absolute must do!!
  • Amazing experience. If you want a natural dog sledding experience with the caretaker and someone who dog sleds for a living - this is for you! Very fair price for 3 hours of sledding! The people and dogs are so kind and they take care of you well. Don't forget your lunch and/or a beer! It's a couple of log cabins in the mountains and very remote!
  • Thank you for this fantastic experience. We had a splendid time, I have nothing to dislike! The clothing was of great quality and the storytelling at the fireplace made the perfect ending to this great experience. Thank you and good luck for all to come!
  • Incredible experience and I would absolutely recommend this dog sledding tour group if around Tromso. My partner and I did the night dog sledding tour. Pick up was easy and taken about 30mins to the property. Warm weather gear and boots provided. Met up with over 70 dogs who are all lovely and very well cared for. Went on a 10 mile trek which involved a sled with 4 dogs under our own control. We didn't have any dog sledding experience although you need to have a moderate level of fitness (can balance on one leg, walk up hills). Then after the tour there is biscuits and a hot drink around a campfire. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights although that isn't guaranteed. The company is run by 2 people and the tour guide was amazing. A true outdoor adventurer who clearly has great love and respect for the dogs. Can't rate the experience highly enough
  • Hands down the best experience of my entire trip. Will cherish it until the next time I return. Active, thrilling, majestic. Highly, highly recommend.
