  • Next to the wharf, the fish market and the houses in Old Stavanger, is a street food market. Excited and full of tourists and locals.

  • Fun to hang in the stairs to enjoy life and a coffee. BUT so much more exciting before when it was doom, lottery and nips sellers, etc. The square was also flat and full of local stallholders who sold fruit and veg. These have evacuated the place and it is full up of alternate stalls selling "China" goods often with Norwegian flags. Sad to see the development. The stalls are there only when large ships adds to the pier.
