  • It is something for themselves, with the sky height under the roof in hovedskipet and tar smell out. Orgelfasaden from 1982 look in the environment

  • This is a great example of a stave church - one of the largest left in Norway. Admission (at 60 NOK, a bargain) comes with a short explanatory brochure which really helped us to appreciate the church ...  read more »
  • one of the most beautiful wooden churches standing Norway, it dates from the 12th century. On a small hill surrounded by its graveyard it is in a green setting. A must see. Unfortunately, as often in Norway (unlike with the France) churches are closed or paying (for me outrageous). For me the home of gods should be accessible to all! So far we don't will see it only from the outside.

  • 60 nok entrance fee. Inside wasn't too beautiful because it is a 800 year old church after all. But on a good sunny day the outside looks marvellous.
  • Worth a visit if you come by, but not much to see inside. Prices are okay.
  • Such a supebbbbb, I like & love this place. Send me more photograph.
