  • Bygdøy is one of the glories associated with the Oslo Fjord and the many great beaches in the area. Squatting/Paradise Bay are of these, where the closest is shoulder-to shoulder and Suns itself on the good days. Great to Wade and swim, as well as sunbathe, so. fishing, and to go ashore with the kayak. Kiosk and small restaurant on during the summer. Accessible by bus, car and bicycle, so. Ferry walking distance away. Very popular beaches! Highly recommended! d:o)

  • Even though it can be crowdy it's still a good choice on a hot summerday. It's beautiful, relaxing and you can enjoy the sun, a swim in the sea, have BBQ-time but anyway food and drinks are available ...  more »
  • I was in Oslo in July, the height of summer, the weather has been great and I will gladly went to this beach. Get fast. Beach is well equipped, clean, there are locker rooms, cafeterias, restaurants, showers. People very much (had a weekend and heat). Basically, as I understand, the locals, many companies. A great place
