  • Spent a week in Oslo, and took the chance to cool off in Frognerbadet. Clean surfaces and good swimming pools (1 for the jump, sim o specific play, one for children and one with water). Water rutschen costs 10kr/year and wasn't so funny thought the daughter (12 years), then only one of the three was open and went right slowly. Large green areas to sit on, good cafe with reasonable prices and fresh toilets, showers and changing rooms. Went in for free thanks to purchased D-card during the Norway cup.

  • The outdoor swimming pool is located close to Vigeland Park, in an area inhabited by wealthy Norwegians. This pool is popular among local, especially pensioners.

  • Dated but perfectly functional, laned 50m open air pool. Diving boards, flutes and kids pool. Lots of grassed areas to sun bathe. €10 entry fee seemed a bit steep but ticket is valid all day.

  • This is a great location for an outdoor swimming pool. Its located perfectly to enjoy the sun even in the evening, and the grassy hill above the pools is great to read, sleep or just keep an overview over things. Not too crowded, and the local diving club sometimes have diving shows here.
