Complete with a picturesque harbor of sailboats and yachts, this little town has a Mediterranean feel and intriguing World War II history. Affectionately known as Christmas Town, stop by The Christmas House for an ornament or Santa's Post Office to mail your Christmas cards. Cozy wooden shops, floating restaurants, a cartoon museum, and an aquarium are all nearby. • Is by here a few times each summer by boat. I enjoy being between the many small "Traditional houses" with a long history. Nice shopping in the many small concept shops. Nice port and small cosy restaurants, as well as small museums and other local culture. Here one can wander to dream, relax, and enjoy themselves with soft ice-cream. The family also thrive with just sitting on the pier and sniff the sea smell, and look at the boats and folk life. Is strongly recommended! d:o)

  • Take a tour of the Oscarsborg Fortress first visit Drobak. This is a small but oh-so-picturesque town with a small market, which often takes place flea market or a local Festival. Visit Santa's cottage and summer move in the atmosphere of Christmas. A very picturesque place. Recommend.
