Hunderfossen Familiepark, Lillehammer

(4/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web)
Step inside Hunderfossen Familiepark and meet characters from Norwegian fairy tales. This amusement park, founded in 1984, offers a few wild rides for adults and lots of different activities for young kids and older children. A giant troll guards the treasure of the Norwegian folk stories, which is kept behind the gates of a 37 m (120 ft) tall castle. Ride through the fairytale castle, try to save a princess, or sit and eat traditional Norwegian food among the trolls in the restaurant. The park also features a science center and 4-D shows like "The Little Prince." Note that the shows are in Norwegian. • Had a supertur and was also on the Knowledge Center. plenty to see and experience also for adults. But the absolute finest on a sunny day. lots of picturesque seating, where you can bring your own barbecue. toilet opportunities and all is well. svømnebasseng on the best days. The wax museum and the troll is also something you must have with you

  • Drove past in August! It is impossible not to notice. There is a beautiful church, a huge troll is watching from above for tourists. On the shore is lined with car enthusiasts at kemperah. Think winter should be too cool))

  • It's a great place for young kids, My niece loved the talking "animal theatre" and driving a tractor. The energy centre is also entertaining. Some parts are abit old and could have been upgraded, but there are also some new attractions. Food is pricy, but you can bring your own food and use the bbq equipment for free, and if you rent a small trolly it's easy to get around with stuff. Plan to spend some time ib the kids tempo and you will have a great day! For the grown ups its a good place to learn a little about Norwegian culture and stories
  • A very nice park in beautiful surroundings, a lot to do both for the children and for their parents!
  • Great for kids, with lot's of depicted myths fairy tales and... yes trolls. (hey it's Norway).
  • Flott tradisjonsrik park med veldig hyggelig vertskap, både ungdommer og seniorene på energisenteret! Litt trekk fordi man loses gjennom butikker etter aktiviteter.
  • Full of fun activities for children..
