  • A gloomy but up until meeting with 2 World War II. Here began the trip in cold rooms where the underground was handled and transported ammunition to the guns on the ground. You can see the interrogation rooms, uniforms and weapons that were used. Gave a glimpse of how brutal the reality must have been at the time, who gave the shudders down my spine. At the top of one can see the monster cannons, as it had to three man to charge. At the top, one can reflect on the past while one has a view of the stunning beautiful archipelago. Can only is recommended.

  • Nice trip to Møvik fast. Impressive Cannon from World War II and a lot of other buildings that belong to the Fort. Nice path that fits both large and small. Free parking.

  • The world's only surviving, fully operational, 38 cm., Krupp manufactured, naval cannon. This is a must see! You can also ride the old ammunition train through the Battery.
  • It's few historic museums that has such a well-kept monstrous cannon as a centerpiece
  • The great 380mm cannon and it's supporting structures are definitely worth seeing, but that's all.
  • Great view from a historic place
  • A huge investment which reflects the obsession with the Wehrmacht. The surviving gun is larger than an apartment building. Worth seeing are also the smaller exhibitions. On request a garage was closed to us where we could try out the mechanics of some weapons (guns, MG, etc.). You should also do this.
