  • Arquebus is not a museum for the people with bad time, until it is all too much intressangt to see, however, you have a good time, this is the place for you who are interested in history, the last world war, local history, resistance movement, special people, ordinary people, people with courage and love for their country and not at least one of the weapons had the time. Bring the whole family and spend time so that the children also understand that this is something that is best or oldeforeldrene have experienced. Here you can see and get explained how it was in Norway during the war and also maybe get an insight into how the resistance people lived. Think this may also be a museum for school groups since it is large and spacious in all respects and with good parking conditions. Have hosted there several times and going enough to visit it again. Very knowledgeable guides must also be mentioned.

  • Small museum packed with historical exhibits and information which was very well laid out and easy to follow . The staff very friendly and helpful.
  • The Museum is some way out of the town but well worth a visit. The Museum provides all visitors with a guide in English. This guide can be returned to the Museum or purchased at the end of the visit. ...  more »

  • This museum isnt here. Its in Førresfjord.
  • A fantastic rundløype filled up with the scroll. weapons, cars, dolls with all forms of uniforms and equipment. There is also a separate sub section and closest to full scale versions of houses and buildings. It's like going back to the 1940′s. Built sees little out from the outside, but you have to set of a minimum of 1-2 hours for a careful review of the track.
