  • It is a rather long walk from Homlong in Geiranger, but well worth the effort. During summer you may also take the boat from Gerianger to this abandoned farm. One of Norways absolutely most iconic vie...  more »
  • We were seven people, as tik embark on this fantadtiske the trip of Skageflå. We were not alone, but experienced not to "go". The trip offers steep cliffs, some simple climbing and many spectacular utdiktspunkter. Do you take the whole trip over and down to Geiranger, so is there a flitt experience. It is a benefit with good Footwear, good packed lunch and a good mood! Good ride!

  • Explore the farm simply with water, as some here recommend, makes no sense. Firstly, Norway just made for hiking and a variety of tracks. Secondly, the main value of this attraction is not the farm and opening from there. For them it is worth to spend 2-3 hours for a ride.

  • One of the most incredible places on earth. We hiked the 250m up from the fjord where the boat drops you off. It takes about 45 min. Our 7 year old did it easily. If you are fit and not terrified of being on a cliff it's great fun. The views are phenomenal and it's a terrific place for a picnic lunch. You can also hike the trail from Geiranger to get here but that's much longer (about 4km one way) and will be a cumulative elevation gain of about 800m.
  • Hard but very doable hike . must see when in Geiranger.
  • The hiking-route from geiranger via homlong to skagefla takes about 3-4 hours. At some points it's a little bit difficult and dangerous to walk, but the beautiful view at skagefla above the geiranger fjord is absolutely worth it!
