A Spitfire, CF-104 Starfighter and U2 Spy Plane at help illustrate the role of Norway's Air Force in World War II. Here you'll get a close-up view of a mix of about 35 civilian and military aircraft.   • Great planes, artillery and gadgets on display. Well worth a visit if you're in Bodo and have a few hours
  • This place is huge, make sure you have a lot of time to visit if you think aviation history is interesting. The commercial section was closed for refurbishment when I was there, but the military section was large enough for quite a long visit.
  • Very well made museum covering civil and military airplanes from the past and the present.
  • Amazing museum! Check if all the sections are open (summer 2016 the civil aviation section was under construction). Great history background explaination, amazing sets of planes from different eras.
  • Second best aviation museum (first is in Longyearbyen). Absolutely must see in Bodø
