(1.1/5 based on 55+ reviews on the web)
A serene park rich in greenery marks the birthplace of Kim-sung II at Former Residence of Mangyongdae. Once a village, and now a huge park, the site provides you with the glimpse of Korean life and the leader's childhood. The site contains small huts, each of them presenting some historic artifacts, from vases to pictures. You can drink water from the well, which Kim-sung II drank because of its health properties. Keep in mind that the site demands respect--you must follow the rules and behave accordingly. • 這不是博物館,這是金日成的故居。幾間小茅屋,但維護的很好,也是一個很洗腦的景點。宣揚他們偉大領袖刻苦堅毅的童年日子。
  • House in which lived a family of Kim Il Sung. A symbolic place for Koreans. Very beautiful nature. Be sure to climb the gazebo "1000 landscapes". Excellent view on Pyongyang.

  • When u visit it the oficial speech is that Grand Lider and his family have lived there. The problem is that the majority of the things looks too new to be so old.....
