Specialty Museum Museum
Chocoholics rejoice; here at ChocoMuseo, you can sample chocolate products straight from the source. Observe the chocolate-making process from bean to bar, and even take a chocolate-making workshop with fun and knowledgable chocolatiers. Kids can, of course, take part in the workshop and learn to make their favorite treat, so that they too might one day become professional Oompa Loompas. Consider arriving early to enjoy a good value, but high quality, all-you-can-eat breakfast . Put ChocoMuseo at the forefront of your travel plans using our Granada itinerary planner.

  • You can visit this museum and take a small tour or a chocolate workshop. Nice place to see but not spectacular. The small tour of 10 minutes is free and you get to taste different chocolate products. ...  more »
  • A little too academic... However, for those who are curious about the culture of the country, why not?

  • We had a great time doing the chocolate making class and history tour. Alejandro, our guide, was hysterical and knowledgeable. The entire building is beautiful, relaxing and a great place to have any of their different coffee/chocolate beverages. Recommended to everyone.
  • Our family of three attended the "Bean to Bar" class with instructor Ismael. This was a hands-on educational adventure through the steps to making real chocolate. Our daughter loved how excited our instructor was about the process. He kept the entire class entertained and taught us so much. This was a highlight of our trip to Granada. We would definitely recommend it to anyone with an interest in the food science or history of chocolate. We hope to attend the cacao farm tour next time.
  • This place is awesome! Delicious drinks, try the cold chocolate one. Samples of the chocolate tea were great too.
  • Ismael was a fantastic guide. The chocolate making class was super fun and Ismael was great. I highly recommend you do the class and especially with Ismael.
  • Very good buffet breakfast! Highlight was cacao nib crepes(that i added local honey to) made to order. Had many refills of the pretty strong coffee and service staff was very polite and attentive!
