  • The only part left of Wellington's team system. Currently has two new cars that operate as a counterbalance to each other. They travel up a steep hill from Lambton Quay. A museum on top provides a history of the system including to of the older cars refurbished. Views at the top of the city and harbour are spectacular on sunny days. It's a good way to spend part of an afternoon.
  • One of the best local artisan market in Wellington. Lot of great, amazing and unique stuffs available here. My favourite is wax melts and candle collections available. Great fragrances on a reasonable price. Enjoy shopping with some tasty local food!!
  • The Christmas version of this market was little different from the usual good stalls. Expected a far better Xmas experience, more than a few fairy lights, v small fake trees used to display products and only one person dressed up fully :-(
  • One of the best markets I have ever been to. Tidy and set out nicely. The fudge is devine! Melt in your mouth 👄 delicious. A variety of stalls and everyone was super friendly. Nearly passed on going as it was so windy and cold but really glad we went. Will be worth a visit to Wellington again just to shop closer to Christmas.
  • I always live in hope I'll find something cool to buy but never do :(
