  • Right up there with the best exhibitions in the world. Take the guided tour, the staff are so knowledgeable. All New Zealanders should see this. Highly recommended
  • Very well done without attention to detail is amazing. Models are extremely life like, felt very moved.
  • I didn't even realize this was here! It does cost to go in but is worth the knowledge, especially for locals. Much like any other museum, however this one immerses you into the history with the textur...  more »

  • Peter Jackson's exhibit is amazing. The detail etc is first class. My daughters loved the exhibition and the $5 kids pack made them actually read and take note of some important facts
  • An excellently executed and thoroughly insightful museum. Weta Workshop who are responsible for the amazing props and visuals in Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit etc were responsible for the creation of the props and visuals, and they are amazing. Check it out for yourself!
  • A great exhibit, a moving tribute to the lives of many. Good immersive displays that put you in to shoes of the time and place. Good work Peter Jackson and crew!
  • Still one of the best visitor (& local ) attractions. A must see in Wellington.
  • It is good to learn about the people who went to fight. But the Exhibition itself is quite boring.
