  • It is just a few minutes walk from Parliament Building. A great place for money history buffs. There is a very interesting array of New Zealand notes and their history.
  • Like Nero playing Fidel while Rome is burning, Our RBNZ governor does nothing to cool Auckland's rampant property speculation. Instead paying a 5 to 6 times of annual income we now pay lifetime worth repayments. To get that bloody 1% inflation target whole nation is put through 100% mortgage inflation. Dads and mums stuck in long commute, over working just to meet the changing deposit goal post. Not sure if there is middle New Zealand exits anymore. Auckland is now meant for Overseas investors and property speculators. Rents gone up 100% in 5 years. property prices gone up 100% in 4 years. No business is viable other than property business. Not sure where leaders learn their economics . Time to quit.
