Amazing amazing tour. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Norm is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable guide that makes the whole trip interesting and attractive. He knows all about the caves but also the history of the whole land. Reasonable price and stunning trips. Nice coffee and yummy cookies. Well worth it! Highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic afternoon on this tour. Norm, our tour guide, was full of knowledge about the land, the caves and of course the glowworms, and made the tour great fun along the way. We had a blast and loved learning about the area. Our tour was almost 3 hours, as we did 2 caves with 1 boat ride along an incredible stream underneath a sea of glowworms and another cave with a huge cathedral ceiling and moa bones. All underneath a working sheep and beef farm. An incredible area and afternoon adventure. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks Norm, again!

The team at Spellbound run an excellent tour. We opted for the mid tier package (2hours) and it consisted of a boat trip through the cave (glow worms) and then a short trek through another cave to check out the geology. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was the perfect host. Price was reasonable and included tea and biscuits. The other operators we looked at charged more. The differentiator for us was that we were free to take photos (no flash) where other operators don't permit photos. Highly recommend.

If you want to visit a glow worm cave in New Zealand I couldn't recommend a better cave to view them in . With an extremely knowledgeable guide ( Norm) we were treated to a wonderful display of Mother Nature and the amazing worms. The boat ride was mystical, that's the only word one could describe this amazing adventure. Highly recommend

What an amazing tour. So much better than the big commercial ones. You raft for over 20 minutes, with your helmet torches off, with the glowworms above looking like the Milky Way. Stunning. Norm was a great host too.
