Wild on Waiheke, Waiheke Island

#1 of 13 in Breweries in North Island
Test your skills with a bow and arrow or simply enjoy a good merlot at Wild on Waiheke, a winery with a twist. As well as producing wines from local grapes, the complex plays host to a number of adventure activities such as archery and laser clay-bird shooting. You can sample wine by the glass or bottle in the cafe-cum-bar, which also serves up meals and snacks sourced from local ingredients. If wine isn't your drink of choice, consider ordering a beer made in the onsite micro-brewery. Was used in the winetasting. Great taste of 1 times subtle and different wines. Staff are kind and recommended to hear hope answered politely.

Easily one of the best stops on my trip to Waiheke. We rented a car and drove around the island, checking out some of the beaches. We made our way down the road and found this place and loved every second. The staff was very personable, and talked us through the whole store of the place. We got a pizza and a few beers, just sitting on the patio enjoying the day!

Had lunch here a few months ago, food was tasty and while limited variety was something for everyone. Their waiter was fantastic and very good with giving us a little area with a baby. They even have change table facilities!!

Come for the beer and wine tastings. Stay for the scenery and games. Book games ahead or grab a seat and enjoy the island. Earliest ferry from Auckland arrives at 945am. Plan your events and adventure bookings around the chance you will be late! Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Your on holiday, relax!

One of our fav restaurants to visit when at Waiheke. Price for food is reasonable, have team activities and is family friendly. They brew one of the best ginger beers in Auckland
