  • This is one of my favorite tracks in NZ. My husband and I have done most of the "Great Walks" and we think this one ranks up there with the best of them. It takes 3 days and is about 20km per day with...  more »
  • Very nice treck to do, shelters are very well kept. We propose a porridge for breakfast and if you run out of food you can buy meals lyophilized and drinks on site.

  • Super walk over 3 days staying 2 lodges. Walk day 1 from 0 to 3000 ft through forest....last 6 km a killer....up steep forest climbing over roots.....BUT well worth the struggle! Day 2 and 3 long but ...  more »
