  • We had a great day - the staff were happy, friendly and helpful. It was good value for money. They asked us to change booked day from Monday to Sunday (the day before) which was actually better for us anyway. Out from 8 til 4 and they went all over to find dolphins čÉČ. We also saw a marlin and some got a brief glimpse of a hammerhead shark. Thanks.
  • One of the best experiences i've had here in NZ!! Got to meet great people over complementary coffee and tea while cruising smoothly out to open waters. It took us a little while before we got to the pod of dolphins but boy was it worth the wait! We slowed down to find a MASSIVE pod of 150+ dolphins and proceeded to dip in the water beside the boat. It was a rush being pulled along the side from an arm while dolphins swam below and beside us. There were so many dolphins! Once everyone got a turn we left the pod to their galavanting and scooted over to a nearby island to have a BBQ lunch and got to snorkel around the coast. Simply paradise! I could go on but i will let you discover this magical ride for yourselves!!
  • Crew was great, good experience. A lot of information and a lot to be seen in the open waters. Bbq could be a bit better, for example some vegetarian food. But this was one of the best experiences in NZ!!
  • These people did a promotion where I could take my whole family and do a Dolphin experience. For three months I tried getting a time that we could go and they kept calling me the day before to cancel. The vouchers where about to expire and we tried a 3rd time. After getting hotels and everything, they call us and cancel again the night before. We tried to get a refund, they or the voucher company refused, so the voucher company negotiated for a 4th time and got us in. The morning that we had to go, I told him that we were running a bit late and the man actually told me that that wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I tried calling multiple times and was only 20 minutes away but never got through. From that point on, I tried communicating with them and they never took our calls. I wasted so much money trying to get my family into this "great experience" and all we got was heartache. They have absolutely no costumer service. This was absolutely my worst New Zealand experience. Stay away from them!
