  • Unforgettable experience at the Tamaki Maori Village! Their culture, so close to mine, is so rich, authentic, mythical and beautiful especially when one is recognized through (and physically also: Besides they thought we were some Maori, but our spoken English answered their questions). The evening experience was doubly special for me and my partner. Let it rain (Yes it was raining), sale or snow, it's not to be missed.

  • Tamaki has won multiple tourism awards and continuously adds extra things to the village itself. The staff in all areas are passionate about what they do and visitors / tourists get a whole experience of Maori culture, food, language, traditional arts and crafts,an experience of how the old Maori villages looked and food cooked in the earth oven tradition. It is great value for money
  • Worth every Dollar. Had a great time. Especially one Maori Singer who blew away the whole audience with his amazing voice. Learning the Haka was great.
  • Fun look into their history. The show + dinner was fun, but was longer than I had anticipated. A bus picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back off after. The driver was really crazy, but in a fun way.
  • Picked up from motel and return back to motel. Interactive host on bus very polite and well explained instructions. Enjoyable and entertaining workshops performance and the food yummmmmmy.
  • Maoris say to Immigrants get lost to your country. This country belongs to Almighty God. All the hake and other activities performed are rubbish. False tattoo on face. Tasteless hangi. Stupid songs. My recommendations to all Tourists not to visit any stupid and violence Maori villages. Ya waste of space, hopeless culture, criminals, meth lab, cocaine, joint seller, p lab maker, house break in, car break in, seller of stolen items, ya trash leave placing in front, do not turn your back stupid chief, iwi ya wsste of space. Abusive and fraud culture. MAD MAORIS
