The place where the Church is located is a perfect summary of Rotorua. Beautiful church with an English-style building (to enter must make a contribution to the Congregation). It is located opposite a maori village. So you can appreciate the combination of cultures. There are also areas where you can appreciate the geothermal activity.

Full of character from the outside, it seems to float in fog over the water. Inside, you can see how local artists have translated Christian religious thought in their own world. It is worth to wait until more in there are no groups.

Graveyard sacred to Maori where Soldiers of War are laid to rest. The Church is an icon of Rotorua. Sunday services are unique as sermon is delivered in Te Reo Maori.

Very attractive church with some interesting artwork. Well known for one window depicting a Maori Christ seemingly walking on the water of the lake outside.
