  • The Church is very impressive even from the outside. Inside you should yourself even more time. The very old pulpit, from which was preached, which is supported by 5 "Maori - gods". The altar area that shows a pattern such as stairs in the background. This shows the way in the sky – so the sky stairs. A white marble plaque is left next to the altar. -to honour that Maori significantly and leading the Church involved in the creation has been! The walls, the paintings, all Maori - handmade! And not to be overlooked: Jesus Christ in the Maori plumage (Kiwi feathers) we were more than impressed and made a generous donation to the conservation of this beautiful church.

  • Very attractive church with some interesting artwork. Well known for one window depicting a Maori Christ seemingly walking on the water of the lake outside.
  • Nice place.
