OGO Rotorua, Rotorua

4.5
Step inside a giant transparent orb and prepare to roll, bounce, and race at OGO Rotorua, the largest ball rolling park in the world. Developed by the inventors of this unusual adventure experience, also known as Zorbing, the park lets guests choose from multiple ride routes across 6.8 hectares (17 acres) of hills overlooking Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. Go it alone or invite some friends and family to accompany you in your orb. You'll also be joined by 40 litres (10 gallons) of water, warm in summer and cool in winter. If you'd prefer to stay dry, opt for the harness ride. Add OGO Rotorua and other attractions to your Rotorua trip itinerary using our Rotorua tour builder website .

  • Love the chance to do Zorbing! However warning to those people wearing contacts, I would recommend you take them out before doing this. I had water splash in my face and it cause problems with my contacts. Other than that, I had a blast. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Thanks again for a .memorable experience!
  • We tried all four options. Totally worth the somewhat steep price. Didn't realize rolling down hills inside a giant ball could be this much fun. Very welcoming and fun oriented staff, and free hot tubs meant it was no problem doing it in a slightly cooler and rainier weather. The heater in the changing room was a nice touch!
  • Awesome fun! Well worth the price. Rides are awesome and the staff are fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
  • This was so much North Island fun! Staff was awesome!!!! The rides were great such a unique cool experience, fun and safe for the whole family!!!! Must do at least once.
  • Great fun, worth experiencing. Feel that the pricing model could be improved when a ball is being shared by 3 people, not a cheap thrill, but if you can afford a quick thrill, highly recommended! Staff were a credit to OGO, which makes a difference, well done.
