  • A truly unique walk through the vegetation and fawna to reach the breathtaking views of the waterfall which can be viewed from several viewpoints . Great for a selfie if you're into that sort of thing...  more »
  • This is a beautiful waterfall, special to me as my ancestors were first settlers at Raglan. Well worth the walk to the bottom and the steps on the return. Be careful of your car, I have heard it is no...  more »
  • I agree that the walk to the falls is short, however this 79 year old reviewer discovered that the round trip to the base of the falls and back was about an hour. Still I haven't needed to go to the g...  more »

  • Need to see a heart throb beauty this then this is for you ... amazing walk side by small water stream which eventually develops a water fall , Caution there are around 261 stair steps to reach to bottom of fall so if you are going with children need to keep in mind that you need to carry children on your way up .. so happy calves ... :) there are toilets available but No other facility so keep up with water and other consumable , and patrol as well for car
  • What an unexpectedly beautiful high falls in the middle of the route to Raglan out on the Western Coast of gorgeous New Zealand!!! The trail to the falls was an easy hike for a couple in their sixties. The reward at the outlook was absolutely wonderful with a view that did not disappoint.
  • What an amazing and beautiful waterfall. Lovely walk down to the falls. It is 55 meters from the topmost point to the bottom. The best thing is there are 4 different viewpoints to see the waterfall. All very unique to each other. A must visit in the region.
  • Your own private waterfall... ..well almost! Being a little off the beaten track when we turned up there were only two other cars here meaning we pretty much had the falls to ourselves. The site is well maintained with a short 10 minute walk to the waterfall where there are four viewing platforms at various heights with steps through the forest easily linking them all. The waterfall is tall and dramatic whilst being surrounded by forest it feels like a quiet little oasis. Well worth the drive.
  • Awesome! The fall was amazing! You can see from above, from the middle, and from the bottom.
