  • We had lunch here on Valentines Day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food by their new chef Josh Todd was amazing, fresh, delicious and beautifully cooked and presented. The wines we tasted to match our food choices were also excellent and Neil the Duty Manager was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We highly recommend this as a great little winery for an exceptional lunch & tasting experience. Dear little converted church building with great outside verandahs and stunning views thrown in.
  • My friends and I had a really lovely experience visiting this beautiful old church with a garden and view, it's perfect on a sunny day! The wine was great and even better was the food! Had previously visited Waitiri Creek last year, but now they have new friendly and knowledgeable staff and a new chef producing amazing food to compliment the wines. Well worth a visit if you want good food/wine near Queenstown! And you have to try the pavlova.. its to die for!!!
  • I was at the UB40 Concert held here in January and it was an absolutely fantastic day out. Loved the atmosphere and the setting was gorgeous . Well done and I will be back for the next one guys! 😆
  • They have really good wine and we enjoyed the wine tasting session conducted by the duty manager. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Nice location with beautiful view! 🍷🍷🍷
  • Great wines, delicious food, friendly staff, great big outside area for sunning and kids running!

Where to stay in Queenstown

To enjoy views of Lake Wakatipu in a luxury setting, try one of the many boutique and long-established hotels of the downtown area. As a resort town, Queenstown also offers a range of more modest accommodations, ideal for adventurers, backpackers, and those eager to spend more time outside than in. These come in the form of hostels, rental apartments, campsites, and suburban motels. A good local bus service provides connections between the downtown and suburban areas, and out to the surrounding attractions, and many accommodations offer package tours.
